Erika Eng is a nonprofit executive, leadership strategist, and founder of L'Agence de Moi, a consulting agency & network dedicated to partnering with women and underrepresented leaders, nonprofit executives, boards, and mission-driven organizations to transform lived experience into confident leadership, stronger strategy, and meaningful influence. She has served as Interim Executive Director of Operation Hope of Fairfield, led SHU Discovery Science Center & Planetarium through an extended period of transformational growth, and served as the first Executive Director of the previously founder-led, Team Woofgang & Co. Prior to her most important role as Mom to 2 pretty awesome kids, she spent 8 years in the Aerospace industry in executive sales. These varied experiences culminate in a unique expertise in executive leadership, organizational & community culture, governance-aligned operations, fundraising, capital campaign, strategic planning, and organizational development, and a wide-ranging community of professionals ready and willing to share their own unique expertise.
